Please call the office with any address and/or phone number changes.

CONTACTING A TEACHER

• Locate the teacher's email in the Staff Directory.
• Dial (806) 326-2003, ask to leave a message.
• Beginning in the Fall of 2011 Teachers will have a phone number that may be dialed directly to leave a voice mail.  Teachers will be unable to answer a phone call but parents are encouraged to leave a message with contact information.

REPORTING A STUDENT ABSENCE

• Please be prepared to give child’s name, grade and id number

Due to the new graduation requirements, very few students have a free period to help in the office. If you need to check your student out early, please do one of the following:

• Send a note with your student to show their teacher
• Call us as early as possible
• Please understand it could take up to 30 minutes to get a student to the office
